Working at group level means seeing the bigger picture. From our office in Limburg, we work closely with finance teams across all our entities worldwide to ensure consistent consolidation, reporting and compliance standards — and to continuously strengthen those processes as the group grows.
As a private-equity-backed organisation with an active M&A agenda, you will be exposed to a broad range of finance topics, including multi-GAAP reporting (Belgian GAAP and IFRS), cross-border tax structures, purchase price allocations, bank and covenant reporting, board reporting, and the implementation of a new group ERP system.
This is a rare opportunity to gain exposure to the full spectrum of group finance, build senior-level expertise at an accelerated pace, and work closely with the CFO and finance leaders across an international organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Accounting, Consolidation & Financial Reporting, you will play a central role in the reliable, accurate and timely financial reporting of the group. You will act as a bridge between our local accounting teams, group finance and external partners — ensuring our financial processes are compliant, consistent and aligned with the group’s standards. Depending on your profile and ambitions, your role will combine consolidation, group reporting, statutory work and audit coordination, with room to take ownership and grow.
Your responsibilities:
Your profile:
A rare seat in a genuine group consolidation & reporting team. You will work in a highly dynamic and ambitious, private-equity-backed international environment, with direct exposure to a management team with a proven track record. You will help set the finance structure of a fast-growing group operating across three continents, with exceptional learning opportunities, real ownership, and the chance to build senior-level experience at an unprecedented pace.

Headquartered in Lummen (BE), the Equine Care Group (“ECG”) is a group founded in 2021 by leading equine veterinarians Dr. Tom Mariën, Dr. Frederik Bruyninx, and private equity fund Bencis Capital Partners. ECG has rapidly grown into a pioneering force in interdisciplinary equine medicine, treating over 55,000 horses annually and serving clients in more than 70 countries, redefining standards in equine healthcare. In 2024, the Belgian government recognized ECG as “Scale-up van het jaar”, underscoring the group’s exceptional growth and industry leadership. To support its ambitious global expansion, ECG has also recently welcomed private equity fund CNP (Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille; an international private investment company with Belgian roots, controlled exclusively by the Frère family) in its capital. This partnership will strengthen ECG’s position internationally while preserving its veterinarian-led model and reinforcing its mission of delivering world-class equine care.
