As a Paid Search Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and continuously optimizing our paid search activity across specific ECG Nutrition and Supplements brands. You will work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to drive qualified traffic, improve return on ad spend, and ensure campaigns are aligned with broader commercial goals.

Key result areas & responsibilities

Campaign creation & management:

  • Create, set up, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads.
  • Structure campaigns with well-organized ad groups, keyword lists, and compelling ad copy.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and targeting settings to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Ensure proper implementation of tracking and conversion goals.

Campaign optimization:

  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA).
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Refine keyword strategies including negative keyword management and search term analysis.
  • Apply bid strategies, audience targeting, and remarketing to improve results.

Reporting & performance tracking:

  • Set up and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Produce regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Use Google Analytics 4 to analyse traffic, behaviour, and conversion data.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Work alongside the broader marketing team to align paid search with overall digital strategy.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce teams on landing page experience and conversion rate optimization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data.

Wer bist du?

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on paid search experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency
  • Google Ads certified — required: Google Ads Search certification; Google Ads Shopping and Performance Max certifications are a strong plus
  • Solid experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns; experience with Microsoft Bing Ads is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field is a plus
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of or passion for the equine sector is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communicator able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
