We are looking for a Creative Content Creator with knowledge and passion in the Equestrian sector, who will support our team in all creative activities related to the development of graphics, photo, video, and short content across online and offline channels.

We are looking for a creative talent to join our marketing team at Equine Care Group. Rather than searching for one very specific profile, we are open to different creative backgrounds and skill sets. Your strength might be behind a camera, in graphic design, editing videos, creating social content, developing concepts – or a combination of several of these.

What matters most to us is creativity, an eye for aesthetics, an affinity with the equestrian world and the motivation to learn and grow.

You will work closely with our central marketing team and Brand Managers in an ambitious, international and informal environment where ideas can quickly become real projects.

Your role will evolve depending on your strengths and interests, but could include:

Content & Creative

· You are creative and have a strong eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.

· You have experience, education or a strong portfolio in a creative or digital field.

· You enjoy turning ideas into engaging visual content.

· You are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

· You are proactive, curious and eager to learn.

· You can manage different projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· You are comfortable taking ownership and responsibility.

· You speak Dutch or French fluently and have a good knowledge of English.

· A passion for horses and the equestrian world is a strong plus, but not a requirement.

Social Media

• Helping develop and execute monthly content calendars.
• Creating static, video and short-form social content.
• Editing and proofreading content in multiple languages.
• Coordinating content with different teams, brands and stakeholders.
• Supporting publishing, reporting and analysis of our social channels.

You don’t necessarily need to be an expert in all of the above. We are looking for someone who brings a strong creative skill set to the team and is excited to develop further in other areas.
