E-commerce Manager

About the role

  • You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • You will manage the website development pipeline in close collaboration with the operations team.
  • You will build and execute the Amazon strategy to maximise our retail sales, market share and brand image through the platforms.
  • You will be responsible for managing & optimising the Platforms P&L.
  • You will actively support the implementation of strategies to support sales performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.
  • You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to execute online campaigns.
  • You will monitor the website & platform performance and analyse data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and areas for improvement. You will complete reporting of performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • You will implement a customer-first mindset to ensure high customer satisfaction through customer journey optimalisation to deliver a best-in-class experience.
  • You stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • You will manage Klaviyo flows, campaigns and integrations.

Who are you?

  • Familiarity with order fulfilment, inventory management, customer service, and other operational aspects of online retail.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ability to analyse data from various sources to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of Shopify.
  • Fluent in English. French, Dutch or German is a plus.
  • Basic web design experience - HTML, CSS.
  • Autonomous, willingness to assume responsibilities & entrepreneurial mindset.
