  • José Henrique Pontes (DVM, MSc, PhD) – Founding Partner and Global Strategy Director. With a PhD in Animal Reproduction, Henrique brings unparalleled field expertise and strategic insight to the team.
  • Vilceu Bordignon (DVM, MSc, PhD) – Associate Professor at McGill University and Director of the McGill Large Animal Research Unit. An internationally published researcher, Dr. Bordignon’s focus includes embryo development, reproductive biology, and animal biotechnology.
  • Gustavo Pulzatto Merlini (DVM) – Director of the OPU Field Team at In Vitro Equinos. A dedicated reproductive specialist, Gustavo brings extensive technical expertise in mare aspiration and field operations.
  • José Buratini (DVM, MSc, PhD) – Former Associate Professor at UNESP and Scientific Coordinator for Eugin Fertility Centers in Italy (2018–2024). Now R&D Director at In Vitro Equinos, Dr. Buratini leads innovation in reproductive research.
