Are you a born organizer with a passion for logistics? In this versatile role, you’ll take the lead in managing logistics operations and help drive the success of a rapidly growing organization:

• You lead and motivate the team of drivers—both internal staff and external partners—and ensure smooth collaboration.
• You manage the entire logistics process, from goods reception to punctual and hassle-free delivery to the customer.
• You ensure smooth planning and efficient stock management, always maintaining a clear overview.
• You identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes to make operations even smarter and smoother.
• You maintain close contact with suppliers, customers, and transport partners, building sustainable relationships.
• You respond quickly to operational challenges and always find the right solution.
• You oversee financial management: improving reporting, monitoring costs, and ensuring the profitability of the organization.

Qui es-tu?

The Logistics Manager we’re looking for has/is:

• A relevant bachelor or master degree
• An entrepreneurial “can-do” mindset to drive success in collaboration with the General Manager, colleagues, customers, suppliers, and transport partners
• Relevant logistics experience (experience in agriculture or transport is a plus)
• A people manager who knows how to lead internal drivers and subcontractors
• Accurate, stress-resistant, and accountable
• Able to work professionally in Dutch, English and French
