Your role with us:

• Consulting customers on horse feeding and products, creating individual feeding recommendations.
• Point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Training and informing customers about products and their applications.
• Supporting social media activities and creating technical texts.
• Assisting with inventory management, goods planning, and product data maintenance in the online shop.
• Processing customer orders, complaints, and returns.
• Preparing internal reports and evaluations on order processing and customer service.
• Collaborating with suppliers and shipping companies.

Wie ben jij?

What you bring:

• Completed training or solid experience in animal feed, agriculture, or a comparable field.
• Confident handling of customer inquiries and order management.
• Enthusiasm for professional consulting and solution-oriented communication.
• Independent, structured working style and team spirit.
• Very good German skills; English skills a plus.
• Interest in horses and horse feeding.
